Highly Qualified Staff

Kestin Barnes, the owner and operator of Tiny Hearts Family Childcare, has over 10 years of experience in the early childhood education field. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (K-6^th grade) from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. She also has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and a Certificate in American Sign Language Studies from Pine Technical and Community College.

Philosophy

At Tiny Hearts Family Childcare we view each child as a unique individual and strive to meet children’s needs in a gentle, nurturing way. We value learning through play and believe that children best gain understanding of the world around them through authentic experiences and guided exploration. We also believe that Parent-Provider Partnerships are the cornerstone of a child’s early education and successful learning experience.
